One of our favourites every spring, is Rhododendron ‘Ken Janeck’.
It is not just beautiful when in bloom, but with Yakushimanum in
its parentage, it is lovely all season. It begins with a hot pink bud
which then begins to change to a light pink, and then ends up as a
fresh white. The truss is very neat, and under each leaf you will see
the fuzzy indumentum. We enjoy looking at several of these from
one of our windows and it is so cheery!
